Shipping & Return policy

STANDARD DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered in 3 - 4 days. Usually delivered between 07:00 & 21:00. During busy times delivery may take a little longer & split deliveries could be more likely.

Applicable delivery times will be advised on the web site when you place an online order.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY WINE?

For deliveries to mainland UK your order will be delivered by Yodel. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may be delivered by a third-party carrier.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

You can arrange to have your wine delivered to any UK address (excluding the Channel Islands). Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to Hospitals, PO Boxes or to BFPO addresses.

RETURNS

Returning your wine is as easy as ordering. All we'll need is your account details and where you would like us to collect it from. Contact hello@madamef.com to find out more.

Our collections take place within 48 working hours of booking, if any collections fail, please get in touch and we will be happy to rearrange for a more suitable day.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
